This unit regularly achieves in excess of 98.5% ester conversion ratios. More biodiesel from your source oil means more profit. Don't settle for less.

NOTE:
These biodiesel machines can make multiple batches per day. This can increase production from a single machine from 400 litres to a potential 9600 litres per day. Our aim is quality biodiesel so when we give capacities we talk only about the BIODIESEL produced. Others do not. Always check this, a 500 litre machine is only a 500 litre machine if it makes 500 litres of biodiesel NOT if it makes 400 litres of biodiesel and 100 litres of glycerol.

This machine is top quality - dual skin stainless steel. The outer cover and inner vessel are 5cm apart giving the machine an excellent insulation barrier.

Vegetable Oil Heaters

BARREL HEATERS are stand alone heaters with combined thermostats for heating barrels of oil up to 110c. These are 3kw units, and operate off of standard 13amp plug. An excellent way of heating your feedstock oil quickly and effectively from cool to 60c. These biodiesel barrel heaters are significantly more efficient and faster that the "traditional" barrel heaters. They have been designed especially to heat vegetable oil quickly and effectively.

STEEL TANK HEATERS are 1000 litre steel tanks that can heat your source oil (and even be used to dry it). These are 12kw units (they can also be used in 6kw mode) and are stunningly effective at heating oil.

Biodiesel processor SETTLERS or WASHERS

SETTLERS are stand alone, supplementary settling tanks, that increase production by allowing more than one batch to be processed in our reactors.
These units can significantly increase your processing capability and in combination with our unique Magnesol washers will also wash your fuel effectively without water.

MAGNESOL WASHING UNITS

Produce EN14214 or ASTM standard Biodiesel with ease by using Magnesol.

Magnesol is a well proven method for achieving this when used in combination with our stainless steel Magnesol filtration units.

Magnesol is a remarkable development in biodiesel production, washing your biodiesel without any water at all.

Magnesol is an adsorbent. This means Magnesol literally adsorbs impurities in your biodiesel such as glycerin, water and sulphated ash. Using Magnesol is simple with one of our Magnesol washing units.

	Here is a sample of Magnesol. It is a soft, white powder that is similar in consistency to talcum powder.

	After being used to wash the biodiesel, Magnesol leaves a harmless "cake" that has several uses. This cake now contains the impurities previously in the biodiesel. 1000 litres of biodiesel has been washed without water and in under an hour.

Our Magnesol washing units vary in size according to the production capacity you require. This includes everything you need to wash up to 1000 litres per hour of biodiesel. Within THREE HOURS of production your biodiesel could be washed and in your engines. Less storage. Less settling. No water. More profit.

Biodiesel processor GLYCERINE / WASTE OIL BURNER

A by product of making biodiesel is glycerol. Up to now many people have struggled with exactly how to deal with the glycerol. Not any more.

The UKFuelTech range of waste oil burners solve this problem. Ranging in heat output from 199,000 BTU (58.2kw) to an incredible 775,000 BTU (227kw) these burners emits little odour and NO smoke.

This is a high efficiency cold press which will produce up to 80 litres of fresh oil per hour. This is a picture of a machine commissioned in 2002 - it has been used for up to 360 days per year and has pressed thousands of tons of seed.
