Settling Biodiesel

The short video clip below is a live settling of a batch of biodiesel immediately after being taken from a client reactor.  The oil used was waste oil (pre-heated and filtered).

We allowed the other 400 litres of biodiesel to settle for 2 hours. 

We then washed it with Magnesol for one hour. 

Within 3 hours of production the biodiesel was in our fuel tanks and powering our generator and vehicles.
