  Biodiesel EN14214 and ASTM standards

On the left hand side of this filter is some biodiesel before filtration and on the right hand side after the filtration.

Our biodiesel filtration units work with Magnesol to produce ASTM/EN14214 standard fuel.

Produce EN14214 or ASTM standard Biodiesel with ease.  Magnesol is a well proven method for achieving this when used in combination with our filtration units.
Magnesol is a remarkable development in biodiesel production.  It is an adsorbent.  This means it literally adsorbs impurities in your biodiesel such as glycerin, water and sulphated ash.   Using Magnesol is simple with one of our Magnesol washing units.

This stainless steel, pressure resistant canister is part of our washing system and delivers incredible Magnesol washing results at a very sensible price.

Putting waste water from washing down the drains is NOT an option.  The fines are large and the environmental impact is also large.

By washing with Magnesol you can apply for a LOW IMPACT IPPC PERMIT.

Achieving low impact IPPC means the washer and our reactors often pay for themselves in lower costs.

After being used to wash the biodiesel, Magnesol leaves a harmless "cake" that has several uses.  This cake now contains the impurities previously in the biodiesel.

Our Magnesol washing units vary in size according to the production capacity you require.  We can wash in batch sizes from 100 litres to 3000 litres.
This includes everything you need to wash up to 1000 litres per hour of biodiesel.  Within three hours of production the biodiesel produced in our units could be fully washed and in the  engines of your trucks, cars and generators.  Magical.

The sample jars above are marked for their source.  Esso diesel is from the pumps of our multi-trillion dollar (and highly ecofriendly?) oil giants.  The middle sample is from biodiesel that has been water washed and dried three times over a 72 hour period.  The final sample is from a Magnesol wash and polish of the same bio used for sample 2.  The only difference?  It was washed and in the fuel tanks of our vehicles just THREE HOURS after it was waste vegetable oil.  Which sample would you put in your engines?  Welcome to the world of Magnesol.

Magnesol washing is FAST and EFFECTIVE.  A 1000 litre batch washes in approximately one hour.  This is approximately FORTY EIGHT times faster than water washing, and of course you have no water to deal with (either in your biodiesel, or effluent).  That is why Magnesol is sweeping the biodiesel world.  Magnesol saves you time, money and the costs of water.

PLEASE remember you cannot simply "put your water wash down the drain".  This is not legal - and it is wrong that biodiesel equipment suppliers are saying that this can be done "without anyone needing to find out".  If you are planning to run a business in biodiesel, find out the truth and act accordingly.
